FederatedOne is one accountable integrator for private AI, from software to data centre. In this policy, “FederatedOne”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Federated.One. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.
This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit this website or contact us. It does not cover information our clients process using FederatedOne components inside their own environments; that is governed by the agreements we have with them.
02Information we collect
We keep the information we collect to a minimum.
- Enquiries. When you use our contact form, you give us your full name, work email, organisation and, if you choose, your role, the components you are interested in and a message. You also tell us whether you are a client or a partner, and you confirm your consent to be contacted.
- Correspondence. If you email or speak to us, we keep a record of that communication.
- Technical information. Like any website, our servers and service providers receive basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so the site can be delivered to you.
We do not ask for special category information, and we ask that you do not include it in messages to us.
03How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and to discuss the FederatedOne components you are interested in.
- To manage our relationship with clients and partners, including the FederatedOne EcoPartner network.
- To run, secure and improve this website.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.
04Legal basis for processing
Where data protection law such as the GDPR applies, we rely on:
- Consent, which you give when you submit the contact form. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, running our business and keeping this website secure.
- Contract, where processing is needed to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement.
- Legal obligation, where we must keep or disclose information by law.
05Sharing your information
We share personal information only where needed:
- With service providers who host this website or handle enquiries for us, under contracts that require them to protect it.
- With the companies that power FederatedOne, including Evvo Group, where this is needed to respond to your enquiry.
- With partners in the FederatedOne EcoPartner network, only where your enquiry relates to them and you have asked us to connect you.
- Where required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
06International transfers
If your information is transferred outside the country or region where it was collected, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. Contact us at info@federated.one for more information.
07How long we keep information
We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it to respond and to manage any resulting relationship, and then for 24 months, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. We then delete or anonymise it.
08Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- ask us to restrict or object to how we use it;
- ask for a copy in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting anything we did before.

09How we protect information
We apply the same principles to our own information that we build into our platform: access limited by role, activity recorded in an audit trail, and information kept under our control. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
